Digital specialist
Former web developer, now working in digital transformation, strategy, project management and web analysis.
I am a digital specialist with broad experience in web, communication, content, and analysis. I have worked with both public authorities and private companies, and I thrive at the intersection of technology, content, and organization, where structure meets usability. I enjoy keeping projects on track, working hands-on, and solving problems, whether it’s about web analytics, content management, or simply making everyday work run more smoothly for colleagues and users alike.
Web strategist at Digitalist
2023 – Present
At Digitalist, I work as a web strategist with a focus on helping organizations and public authorities improve their digital presence and communication. My work covers everything from strategic guidance to hands-on analysis and optimization of web platforms and content.
One of my main responsibilities has been leading web analysis efforts, particularly through Matomo, to help clients make informed decisions based on user behavior and performance data. I have also been involved in internal development projects where I have facilitated workshops and supported digital teams in aligning technology with organizational goals. In addition, I have worked actively with AI-powered tools and AIO (AI Optimization).
My focus areas are analysis, strategy, and improving the quality and accessibility of digital content.

Digital specialist at Avtalat
2020 – 2023
Avtalat is an organization that helps both employers and employees understand collectively agreed pensions and insurance. I joined from the very start, and being part of the early team gave me a unique opportunity to help shape the organization’s communication strategy and content.
Our goal was to form a customer oriented organization that takes advantage of digital transformation to better meet our customers needs in all the situations in which they come in contact with us. I’ve played a part in most of Avtalats digital products, both internal and external, where I’ve been working in cross functional teams in both operative and consultative positions.
My main points of focus are analysis, strategy and digital insights.

Digital project manager at PTK
2018 – 2020
After two years at PTK I was asked to manage the development of the new and improved version of Rådgivningstjänst.se (Now known as Avtalats rådgivningstjänst). The service offers automated digital pension placement counseling for those who work in Sweden’s private business sector, by using algorithms to generate advice based on the users situation and economy. I managed the development process in 2017, and since it went live in february of 2018 I’ve been responsible for communication and marketing. The new release was a success, and usage and completion rate of counseling has steadily increased throughout the year. The project is managed with the Scrum method.
During this period I also maintained and developed the sites Knegdeg.se and Arbetautomlands.se, smaller initiatives but with a large fanbase. Unfortunately the sites are no longer up and running.

2015 – 2016
At Enestedt I produced and administered about 40 websites for our customers, from smaller companies to very large brands.
